Wonderful place, fab food offered for vegetarian breakfast. Modern room and an extremely comfy bed. Location: particularly good, right by shops, Railey beach and landscaped gardens. Pool bar in the hotel.

We were disappointed I'm afraid. The setting is spectacular with great potential. The resort feels neglected (peeling paint for ex) and the staff are not sufficiently trained for the prices being charged. We would not recommend it, nor would we stay there again -- in spite of the beautiful location and great potential.

The hotel has a great location at one end of the beach. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms comfortable. Easy access to good food and small shops in the local town. Tour desk on site is very good for booking activities. Take a walk along the path just above the right side of the beach to get a good place to see the sunsets.

Resort had lovely grounds and was right on the beach at the quiet end of the bay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Stayed for 5 nights in a Luxury Grand Pool Room. Loved the serene atmosphere with private beachfront access. The staff greeted me warmly. Breakfast had a good variety. Every morning started off right. The gym had decent equipment, and I appreciated having access so close to the beach. The room felt a bit tired. Some amenities, like bathrobes, were missing. The balcony wasn't kept up and needed attention. The Wi-Fi was inconsistent, working great at times but slow at others. I found a few items in the room didn't work as intended. For example, the electric kettle was temperamental. Despite those issues, the location was fantastic, close to shops and restaurants. A mixed bag but enjoyable enough to consider coming back. Just hope they address those maintenance issues.

nearby shopping area, easy to get HALAL food, lots of muslim in Krabi, good surroundings, lots of spa nearby
internet connection was expensive 30 min for 100baht, not free, because it was raining season, reserved for a standard bungalow nearer to the beach instead got a room nearby the swimming pool. The reason i reserve a room there was to get a room nearby the beach. Hotel needs to refurbish, quite old.

The staff was very friendly. They helped us when we had forgot our computer at the hotell and left foer Koh Lanta. The bungalows was very nice situated near the beach and the shopping. Easy to walk home with the kids at night. The kids liked the pool and the garden was well taken care of. I can recommend the massage place near the restaurang. It was great!
The breakfast could be better, more to choose. The bungalows need to be renovated.

Nice bungalows close to the private beach. Good place for relaxing and having a good time.
Internet connection worked properly only in the reception area (inside bungalow ping time average: 500ms - 700ms and constantly lots of packet loss). Breakfast could have been much better.

I ahve stayed here twice beofre and it is a lovely hotel in an excellent location but it is getting ahead of itself pricewise. Location and the gardens are wonderful though
The standard bungalows are getting really tatty and desperately need refurbishing - especially in view of the price charged
